Northlight Counseling is a dynamic young group practice for Counseling and Psychotherapy with locations in Eugene, Springfield, Albany, and Salem Oregon. We offer a broad spectrum of behavioral health care for children, individual adults, couples, and families. What We Offer Therapists:
Employment Opportunities:
- Full-time positions: 24 client hours per week.
- Part-time positions: minimum 15 client hours per week.
- Growth opportunities within the company: leadership, teaching, and supervising.
Financial compensation:
- Hiring bonus of $1000. Receive $500 at 90 days of employment and $500 at one year of employment.
- Compensation based on (insurance/client) reimbursement. Associate Providers receive 45% percent and Licensed providers receive 60% percent of what Northlight Counseling collects from insurance and clients. (guaranteed compensation, regardless of Northlight Counseling’s ability to collect from insurance or clients).
- Yearly bonuses.
- Meetings and required training hours are paid out at $30 an hour.
Benefits:
- Northlight Counseling provides Health, Vision and Dental insurance benefits for our full-time employees, after 60 days of employment.
- Providers will receive two weeks of PTO per year (there are generous Opportunities for additional unpaid time off.)

Professional Development:
- CEUs: Providers are offered Cultural Competency (4 hours), Suicide Prevention (2 hours), and Law and Ethics (6 hours) every two years.
- Northlight Counseling provides a yearly CEU stipend of $300
- Free in-house training opportunities, and monthly consultation groups including EMDR, IFS, working with Minors, Queer & BIPOC Provider Process group and several other monthly consultation groups.
Current Opportunities:
Northlight Counseling is looking for a full-time Couples and Family therapist in Eugene. A hybrid model (2 days in person at our Eugene location and 2 days TeleHealth from home) is an option for a licensed therapist.
Northlight Counseling is looking for a full-time Child and Family therapist to work with minors and families at our Albany location.
Northlight Counseling is looking for a full-time therapist who would like to work 2 days from our Springfield (Thurston) location, focusing on teens, and 2 days from our Eugene Location, focusing on diverse populations.

Northlight Counseling offers internships for Student Interns from the following Universities:

- Western Oregon University in Monmouth
Interns are welcome for In-person Internships at all Northlight Counseling locations. We do not provide 100% TeleHealth or remote Internships.
