I am currently a Professional Counselor Associate working towards licensure. We all have a story to tell and sometimes there can be some rough chapters along the way. I value meeting people where they are at and offer to walk along side clients on their own mental health journey. I have a background in fine art and enjoy painting and being outside whenever I can.

I primarily use a humanistic and person-centered approach. I also pull from a variety of other theories and modalities to fit each individual clients needs.

I worked as the intake lead for Northlight Counseling for two years before completing my Internship and becoming a Professional Counselor Associate.
Education
Bachelors degree from Drury University with a double major in Fine Art and Psychology and a minor in Community Health Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
