Alexa Park
Professional Counselor Associate
My name is Alexa Parks! I am passionate about many things including mental health, art, social justice, learning, reading, animals, and the great outdoors.
Alexa's Approach
To best support individual needs and goals, I integrate evidence-based modalities alongside a person-centered foundation. These may include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), attachment-based frameworks, psychoeducation, and expressive therapies. This integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to each client while fostering resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
